NMIS Synergy 2024
The National Meat Inspection Service- Central Office employees emerged from the two-day Synergy 2024, held amidst the landscapes of Pranjetto Hills, Tanay Rizal last April 18- 19, 2024 with a renewed sense of vigor and purpose. Convened under the resounding theme "We Will, We Can, We Win," transforming the event into an immersive journey where aspiration converged with action, and synergy became the catalyst for triumph.
In her message, Dr. Clarita M. Sangcal, Executive Director, resonated with the idea that fostering a culture of camaraderie not only strengthens interpersonal bonds but also fortifies the organization's resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges. By fostering an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and inclusivity, she emphasized that each employee plays an indispensable role in shaping the collective identity and success of the team. Divided into Five (5) vibrant teams - Blue, Yellow, Red, Orange, and Green - the employees embarked on a series of exhilarating games and activities designed to foster teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie. Each team brought forth their unique strengths and perspectives, igniting a spirited competition that echoed with laughter, determination, and a shared sense of purpose. During the closing program, a lively fellowship night unfolded with employees dressed in Safari attire, infusing the atmosphere with an adventurous spirit. Amidst the anticipation, the winners were announced, with Team Blue celebrated as this year’s champion followed by Team Yellow, Red, Orange, and Green.
