Oath-Taking Ceremony of Newly Promoted NMIS Employees
The oath-taking ceremony of newly promoted National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) personnel was held yesterday, January 12, 2025, at the NMIS SHE Hall, MITDC Bldg., Visayas Avenue, Quezon City. Dr. Daizyleen F. Babao and Dr. Marissa P. Isilen formally took their oath of office as Senior Meat Control Officers before Dr. Roberto S. Umali, Officer-in-Charge, Executive Director.
Dr. Babao began her career with NMIS in 2023 as a Meat Control Officer I assigned to NMIS RTOC 12. In 2024, she was promoted to Meat Control Officer II. Meanwhile, Dr. Isilen started her NMIS career in 2024 and was assigned to NMIS RTOC CAR as a Meat Control Officer II. Through their dedication, competence, and strong commitment to public service, Dr. Babao and Dr. Isilen have earned their appointment as Senior Meat Control Officers, reflecting NMIS’s continued recognition of excellence and professionalism in the service.
